Portraits & Headshots – Individual, casual, professionalCouples & Family Sessions – Natural, candid, lifestyle-styleEvent Photography – Small gatherings, birthdays, local eventsBranding & Lifestyle Content – For creators, small businesses, and personal projectsProduct Photography – Simple e-commerce, styled branding shots
1-Hour Portrait / Lifestyle Session $125 - $250. Includes 5-10 edited photos, digital delivery.Half-Day Shoot (3-4 hours)
$300 - $600, depending on how many outfit changes or locations.Per Hour Shooting + Editing
If doing hourly billing: maybe $50-75/hr for shooting, and then $25-50/hr for editing, unless you feel editing is a strength and want to raise that. Or you could bundle them (example: plan for 2 hrs shooting + 2 hrs editing, price accordingly).Product / Commercial Simple Shots
If someone wants shots of products (simple, no advanced lighting/styling), maybe $40-80 per image. More if they want stylized, lifestyle, with props etc.Licensing
If images are being used commercially, it will be ±20-40% extra, depending on usage scope (just social media vs commercial ads etc.).
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer of [X% or flat amount, e.g. 25% or $50] is required to secure your session date.The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.Payment methods accepted: CashApp, Zelle, Venmo or Cash.2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule once (with at least 48 hours’ notice) without penalty, subject to the photographer’s availability.Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of the retainer.If the photographer must cancel due to an emergency, illness, or unsafe conditions, the client may reschedule or receive a full refund.3. Session & Conduct
Please arrive on time. Sessions that start late due to client tardiness may result in reduced shooting time.The photographer is not responsible for uncooperative subjects, poor wardrobe choices, or other circumstances beyond their control.4. Editing & Delivery
The photographer will provide edited, high-resolution digital images (not raw/unedited files) within 2–3 weeks after the session.Basic retouching (exposure, color correction, skin touch-ups) is included. Additional or advanced edits may be subject to an extra fee.5. Image Rights & Usage
Photographer retains copyright to all images.Clients receive a personal use license; you may share, print, and post images online for personal use.Commercial or promotional use (e.g. for a brand, product, ads, or resale) requires prior written permission and may include a licensing fee.Photographer may use selected images for portfolio, website, and social media unless the client opts out in writing before the session.6. Liability
Photographer is not liable for injuries, property damage, or unforeseen issues that occur during the session.In the unlikely event of lost or damaged files, photographer’s liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding the session fee.7. Agreement
By booking a session, the client agrees to the terms outlined above.
